DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Monacom provides business-focused financial infrastructure that enables users to: * Receive client payments using payment details issued by Monacom * Accept deposits that are internally settled in **USDC** * Hold balances in custodial accounts secured via cold wallet infrastructure * Request withdrawals: * To external cryptocurrency wallets * Via conversion to **XMR** * Via fiat transfer to provided banking details Monacom operates as a **custodial service provider**. Users do not control private keys to custody wallets. *** ### 5. CUSTODY & ASSET HANDLING * Digital assets held via Monacom are stored in **custodial cold wallets** * Monacom maintains internal ledgers reflecting user balances * Users do not have direct access to private keys * Withdrawals are processed **only upon user request and internal approval** Monacom may aggregate custody infrastructure while maintaining **segregated accounting** per user. *** ### 6. ONBOARDING & COMPLIANCE Access to Services is subject to: * Manual review and approval * Submission of business and identity information * Ongoing risk monitoring Monacom reserves the right to: * Request additional information at any time * Suspend or terminate access if compliance requirements are not met * Refuse service without obligation to provide justification where legally permitted *** ### 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law: Monacom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business. Monacom’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Monacom in the **six (6) months** preceding the event giving rise to the claim. *** ### 15.
